MEET YOUR THERAPIST
THE IMPORTANCE OF KNOWING WHO IS TOUCHING YOU
"I believe it is vital to know more about the person you are trusting your life, body, and even at times, mind and heart with. Integrity and values are everything to me.
Dedicated to providing relief as your massage therapist I do not believe in causing pain in treatments, but in making an effort to bring relief with as little trauma to the client's body and nervous system as possible. I believe in co-laboring with my clients to find what will meet their needs. Pain is not a lifestyle, but massage therapy is!"

THE FAITHFUL WELLNESS-PRENEUR
In my work I practice biblical principles. I do not refuse care to anyone that is different from myself socially, politically, or religiously. A few years ago I rejected new ageism, witchcraft, and all affiliated practices including reiki, energy work, and chakra balancing. As a result, I vow that I do not and will not perform energy work, reiki, or any other esoteric practice within my life or in my business. Further, I do not lay hands or pray over anyone for any reason without consent. If you want to hear more about my story of walking away from that life through salvation in Jesus Christ click the button below.

WHAT I WANT TO BE WHEN I GROW UP
I dream of being a Christian Life Coach and a Full Time Coach for Faith driven Wellness-preneurs like myself. I am available for lectures and speeches and share my story. Getting my Master's or PHD one day is a personal desire. I want to have all of the books in my head published and in my hands before I move on to the next crazy ideas of how I want to spend my time on earth. Although I have been a bonus mom to two amazing young men for a decade, and a "Titi" to many kiddos.
SPECIAL INTERESTS
I was an actor and a dancer for many years. I was very involved in the Swing Dance community in Los Angeles, Bay Area, and Sacramento. I am also attracted to the homemaking arts, candle making, and worship team at my previous church. I am very passionate about writing and teaching. I have a very (un)healthy obsession with collecting antiques and vintage items for my home. I enjoy life coaching, supporting other women and entrepreneurs, hosting women's fellowship events. I am a first time author and am working on three others at this time.
